Please read the T & Cs carefully

• Your order will be made up as per your instructions, text will be copied and pasted “as is”.

• Refunds will not be given if the information you have provided is incorrect and has not been picked up upon reviewing the digital draft.

• Digital drafts are sent via email usually within 48 working hours – PLEASE respond within 36 hours.
• 1 reminder will be sent – if no reply, your order will be made up as per your instructions and refunds will not be given if the order is incorrect.

• Unpersonalised stationery can be refunded or replaced within 7 days of receipt – they will need to be sent back at your own cost and a proof of posting should be obtained.

• Colours displayed on your own screen may vary slightly from the actual print colours.

• Unless arranged otherwise, printing is on one side only, the reverse side is left blank.

• Unless arranged otherwise all envelopes are C6 size and A5 sheets of paper will need to be folded in half to fit in the envelope.
